Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 TBSP Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Espresso Powder
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Cooking Directions
- Mix cocoa, espresso powder and sugar in at least a 4 quart saucepan. Add water, heat and stir to dissolve. Boil for 3 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add salt and vanilla.
