Pear Pie
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 6 TBSP SR Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, browned and cooled
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2-3 Fresh Pears, peeled and sliced thin - lengthwise
- 1 Regular Pie Crust
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°
- Beat eggs, sugar, salt and flour until light and fluffy.
- Slowly add butter, continue beating until creamy. Add vanilla.
- Layer pear slices around pie crust, small ends towards the center.
- Spread mixture over pears.
- Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° continue baking for 50 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
